**A day in the life of a Customer and Web Platform Specialist**:

- Understand Clinemetrica digital platform
- Troubleshoot platform as necessary
- Optimize platform as needed (content, operation, visual)
- Work closely with platform programmer
- Provide recommendations for program optimization (website & App) for WOW end user experience
- Create & post social media content
- Draft documents, reports, presentations
- Listen to end user feedback and find ways to incorporate into the program
- Be bold to experiment and try new ways of doing things

**Qualifications**
- University Degree or equivalent; Science background would be an asset
- Proficient in English & French (oral & written)
- Proficient use of social media
- Comfortable interacting with program participants
- Customer focused
- Results focused
- Detail oriented
- Strategic mindset for the smooth operation of platform & end user experience
- Team Player
- Flexible, to adapt to needs of the organization

**Salary**: $40,379.55-$50,000.00 per year
