**Financial Sales Representative**

**What you'll do**:
**Financial Sales Rep is responsible for Getting & Submitting Credit Applications from qualified leads and our dealer network, structuring financing deals, Landing the customer on a car, Learning about and Optimizing all back end products on loans, optimizing reserves and GP for Get Auto Finance. You will be responsible for ensuring that deals are executed in a timely manner.**

**What you'll do**

- Answer Hot qualified leads from Pre Sale BDC Team.
- Take declined deals from dealerships daily and maintain a high closing ratio
- Bring in book of business from community and close at a high percentage.
- Generate a personal referral network of 2 businesses minimum
- Perform payment calls with various lenders
- Meet and where possible exceed timeline commitments by processing transactions and replying to lender requests accurately and on time
- Provides administrative support and other related services as needed (e.g., input account information into system, update customer profiles in CRM)
- Negotiate with lenders in order to secure loan approvals and build a successful deal structure that's based on the customer's unique circumstances and credit situation
- Ensure their financial contracts and personal credit information is updated and submitted accurately
- Ensure all required supporting documentation is communicated to the in-sale team to validate, according to internal processes and/or business/industry regulation, to provide complete and accurate information for credit requests
- customer facing negotiations to facilitate the end to end credit decision process. This may include having to sell the vehicle to the customer based on credit decisions. Strong knowledge of financial lending is important.
- Contribute to business objectives for Operational Excellence and support process improvement opportunities
- Evening and weekend shift rotation as required
- DealerTrack experience required

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$130,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Finance Manager: 1 year (preferred)
