We are currently seeking a **Customer Service Specialist/Office Clerk** to join our team and help us empower others to be ready for anything.

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately perform data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Assist with inventory management and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Support administrative tasks such as store opening/closing, file organization, and quote creation.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized office environment.
- Provide general administrative support across departments as needed.

**The Must-Haves**
- A friendly, people-oriented personality with a passion for helping others.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of work experience (not necessarily in an office setting).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- A positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
