Kent Imaging is a leading innovator of medical technology that designs, manufactures, and markets imaging technology for limb preservation and surgical care. Kent holds multiple patents in oxygen imaging technology and continues to provide innovative and advanced diagnostic imaging solutions to aid healthcare systems nationally and internationally. Our focus at Kent is on how innovative medical technologies improve the health and well-being of patients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns in HubSpot to drive lead generation and customer engagement
- Execute and manage online ad and SEO campaigns across multiple channels: organic search, paid search, and display ads
- Support sales teams by creating and maintaining sales dashboards, metrics, and reports in HubSpot to track campaign effectiveness and sales performance
- Manage CRM data accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing and sales initiatives
- Automate key workflows, including invoicing, sales notifications, and lead nurturing, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Regularly monitor and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HubSpot integrations and updates to align with sales and marketing goals
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including registering for exhibit spaces, arranging inbound and outbound shipping, and handling all exhibit requirements
- Communicate with vendors and event organizers to ensure compliance with event guidelines and timelines
- Prepare event kits and marketing collateral for shipment to ensure a professional and consistent brand presence at industry events
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics from planning to post-event follow-up
- Other duties and assignments, as required
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications or related field
- 2+ years of experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and digital marketing platforms
- High proficiency in Google Ads and SEO
- Experience with digital data analytics and report preparation
- Experience developing content for various social media channels
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Prior experience with event logistics or exhibit coordination is a plus
- Adobe CS skills and basic website editing, like Squarespace, is a plus
