Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for automotive repair, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you

**Duties**:

- Follow the Winegard Ford service process as outlined in the training manual
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the service department
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues in a professional manner
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Schedule appointments for repairs and maintenance, ensuring efficient use of technician's time
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Communicate updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Attend all Ford training to maintain certification
- Ensure all loaner and shuttle forms are filled out and maintain accurate mileage records

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in automotive repair or service management is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
