**Job Duties**
- Manage, coordinate and assign the work responsibilities and schedules of the front-end team
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new staff and monitor and report on performance
- Ensure the team understands and adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Investigate accidents, complete accident reports, and ensure preventive actions are implemented
- Resolve work issues and recommend measures to improve productivity in conjunction with upper management
- Develop and maintain a work environment that promotes good working relationships and ongoing communication
- Provide and ensure exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns in a calm, polite and professional manner, manage escalated complaints. M
- Maintain security of all cash, ensuring that cash corresponds with daily sales reports
- Ensure that daily banking is reconciled with no discrepancies, cash-out drawers and prepare money for deposit, balance safe, authorize refunds, complete coin orders.
- Print reports, trouble shoot point of sale system and contact I.T department when necessary
- Ensure all front-end displays are stocked with quality products that meet or exceed company standards
- Perform duties of front-end staff and other tasks as required by upper management to meet business needs.

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Excellent management skills, including the ability to explain ideas, delegate work, motivate, lead and inspire members of the team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Decisiveness, initiative, attention to detail, and high accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to use computers and other technology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Supervisory or management experience of 2 or more years.
- Cash experience required. Grocery and Union experience considered an asset.

**Working Requirements**
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
- Able to bend, squat and lift above waist and shoulders
- Ability to perform repetitive movements
- Ability to lift according to work

- Able to work varying shifts: days, evenings, weekdays and weekends
- Rate of Pay: Dependent on experience and qualifications_
