**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or services
- Plan and organize daily deliveries
- Perform daily data entry
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry and maintaining organized records
- Oversee the preparation of reports and documents
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including proper handling of confidential and private information.
- Maintain and manage digital database
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide assistance with health and safety initiatives and maintain training records

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with QuickBooks or Sage is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
