- As part of Student Affairs, and reporting to the CHW WIL Coordinator, this position plays an integral role in various work-integrated learning (WIL) processes and is crucial to our growth and process optimization as we work towards centralizing Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) operations across the institution. This is a part-time, term position (approximately 15 hours per week) January 2 (flexible start date) through July 4, 2025, with potential for renewal and additional hours upon successful completion. Join us in supporting and advancing our WIL initiatives**Position Details**
- Requires a high level of initiative and well developed organizational and prioritization skills, as the day-to-day activities of this position require simultaneous management of multiple responsibilities that often necessitate reprioritization. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary, as situations arise requiring interpretation and analysis of information prior to decision-making.

As the WIL Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting WIL activities within the Centre for Health and Wellness. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, organizing, and maintaining WIL records and agreements inventory
- Updating and managing existing affiliation agreements with external agencies
- Entering and managing data in central databases (HSPnet/CRM)
- Running and generating reports as needed
- Communicating with external partners
- Providing general administrative support for WIL activities, including but not limited to, organizing meetings, taking minutes, and drafting documents
- Collaborating with team members to support the planning and centralization of WIL processes across the institution
- Assisting with any WIL related tasks and functions as needed

**Required Qualifications**
- A two-year diploma with an Office Administration or Business Administration focus and a minimum of 3 years related experience in an office setting, with a focus on multitasking, planning, organization, and effective communication

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Experience with database management, including familiarity with HSPnet or CRM systems (an asset)
- Strong data management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount

**Preferred Qualifications**

**Salary**
