HR & Admin Executive

**Company Overview**

**Responsibilities**:
- Support HR functions including attendance control, leave management, payroll administration, support on recruitment & selection, employee engagement etc.
- Responsible for office administration including purchase and management of office supplies, receptionist, handle incoming telephone calls, mailing, courier arrangement, asset management, office equipment maintenance, etc.
- Manage personnel information database and maintain registration systems, records and files.
- Arrange for advertising and posting of job vacancies
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s Degree or above. **Fresh graduates welcomed.**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intuitive with a positive attitude and proactive work practices.
- Mature, well-organized and an excellent team player.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and **Mandarin is a must.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-24 months
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
