We are looking to hire a Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Finance division based in Vancouver.
- ** Your Role **:In this role, you will follow up on collections and payments allocations for 300 Customers, perform account reconciliations, monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- In this role, you will follow up on collections and payments allocations for 300 Customers, perform account reconciliations, monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Your responsibilities will also include the generation of Accounts Receivables age analysis, maintenance of accounts receivable customer files and records, investigations and resolving of customer queries or assistance with month-end closing.
- The role includes also ongoing communication with clients and team members (Finance, Sales, Branch Management) as well as regular and ad-hoc reporting.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (financial preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in Credit or Collections functions
- Credit Certification is a strong asset
