**About the Role**

Are you looking for an opportunity with hands-on training, group and individual coaching and on-going support? 8Twelve Mortgage Power Network is expanding and are seeking new or experienced Mortgage Agents to join the team.

In this role, you are a Motivated self-starter who will thrive in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment. With the ability to manage multiple deals while nurturing and developing relationships You have experience in advising and evaluating deals to maximize compatibility with clients' needs, while delivering exceptional response times, and increased efficiency within the process.

**A snapshot of a typical week**:

- Manage personal pipeline to ensure service standards and financial goals are met
- Work and establish and foster relationships with clients and assist them in making an informed decision
- Ensure proper follow-up is given to each client throughout the mortgage funnel.
- Act as an intermediary between a lender and a borrower who needs a mortgage loan
- Keep informed on trends and developments in the local real estate market, as well as changing rules and regulations, pertaining to both private and government-insured mortgages

**Requirements**:
**Success looks like, if you are**:

- **Experienced**. To succeed in this role we're asking for 1 to 3 years experience in sales
- A High School Diploma
- Mortgage Agent License
- **Driven**. Motivation is key, we're looking for individuals with a remarkable drive to learn and reach goals. Despite the requirements listed below
- **A problem solver**. Proven problem solving-skills and agility to anticipate and table any task assigned
- **A skilled prioritize**. Ability to understand and prioritize workflow priorities while taking initiative to begin, track, and complete tasks and/or projects
- **A strong communicator**. Strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, lenders.
- **Active Listening**:

- Skilled listener that could tune in accurately to opinions, feeling and needs of people. With demonstrated ability to be empathetic.
- **Customer Focus** - Monitor client satisfaction and establish partner relationships with clients.
- **Learner** - The ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- **Dedicated**. Vigorous work ethic, dedication, and honesty.
