Requirements:
An active FSRA Mortgage Agent or Broker license AND a minimum of 1 year in the business OR at least 3 funded deals
If you’re a Mortgage Specialist or a Mortgage Underwriter with at least 2 years of experience, and you have recently passed the Mortgage Agent course, you are qualified for this job
Disposition to be coached and trained
Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner
Work with internal agents, clients, lenders, and lawyers to satisfy outstanding conditions and ensure all documents are compliant with FSRA guidelines
Stay updated on new products, services, procedures, and tools by attending training meetings
Knowledge of FilogixPro and Google Drive is an asset
