About The Role:
Bosa Properties is looking for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team of talented real estate professionals. Reporting to the Community Manager, this individual will have a unique opportunity to create a vibrant and exceptional resident experience at our building in Downtown Victoria. The Assistant Community Manager plays a critical role in contributing to the success of our community, assisting with day-to-day operations, resident engagement initiatives, team management, and financial administration.
**What You'll Do**
- Act as a first point of contact for resident inquiries, addressing their needs and facilitating communication with management;
- Assist in organizing resident events, programs, and activities to encourage community engagement;
- Provide support with leasing through managing inquiries, maintaining suite availability, conducting showings, reporting and facilitating move-ins and outs;
- Maintain resident records, lease agreements and relevant documentation;
- Contribute to preparing and monitoring the annual budget, rent collections, processing invoices and maintaining financial records;
- Collaborate with maintenance team and external partners to promptly address resident maintenance requests and building repairs.
What You Bring:
- Two (2) + years of experience customer service;
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the success of the community;
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, team members and external partners;
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple priorities in parallel;
- Experience in Property Management will be considered an asset;
- Experience with a property management software (Yardi preferred) will be considered an asset.
**Salary**
The expected base salary range for this role is $58,700 - $80,700. Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
