We are currently hiring a temporary part time community support worker for our community inclusion program at one of our homes in Saanich. the hours of work are:
**Wednesday 4:00pm - 9:00pm**

**Thursday 10:00am - 3:00pm**

**Friday 5:00pm - 10:00pm**

**Saturday 5:00pm - 10:00pm**

We are seeking a support worker to work directly with Dustin. This is what he would like to say about himself:
“I am 37 years old, and I am in a wheelchair with C.P. I’m a quadriplegic and I am looking for a community support worker who is reliable, responsible someone who has a good work ethic and someone who has a great attitude. The shifts are on call. I have staff five hours a day four days a week. You need to have a clean class 4 driving license and a TB Test and your level 1 first aid. You need to be okay with toileting, using the sling lift, using the urine bottle, being boosted back in my chair as well as being fully vaccinated.”

Please note **this position requires a Class 4 driver’s license** in order to drive a wheelchair equipped van, we will consider applicants with a Class 5 license, if they are willing to upgrade to a Class 4 License within the first 3 months. Any successful applicants will also have opportunity to work casually across all of CLV's homes and programs

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.05-$28.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
