**Job Summary**

This position is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of finishing & assembly for DCM Burlington. The position requires a technical background in machinery, finishing of plastics & corrugate & people management skills. You would be managing a team of 8-10 people, cross trained in multiple areas, 2 shifts & working in collation with our floor mangers for optimum processes & efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all jobs are finished correctly and on time according to customer specifications and schedule.
- Maintain equipment and supplies for department.
- Mange team of Finishing employees, Includes scheduling, performance review and corrective action, time and attendance of employees.
- Develop and implement best practices to drive improvements in Finishing department
- Ensure all new hires and current employees are trained and oriented properly.
- Creating efficiency plans, review back costing reports & production planning mtgs

**Requirements**:

- Experience with including but not limited to all cutting (fotoba, guillotine, zund, router), heat bending, grommeting, laminating, welding, gluing & taping.
- Must have technical background in machinery, finishing of plastics and corrugate
- Have managed and trained a team of 5+ in the past
- Teamwork and management skills are key
