You will be accountable for accurate and effective administration of master data entry, payroll processing, and third-party remittances in all international countries, for our international and expatriate employees. You will use your collaboration skills to build positive relationships and engage and find resolutions for interface and data between third party providers.

Minimum Requirements:
- Eight years of payroll experience, with a focus on international payroll processing- A post secondary education with a focus in business or accounting, with a preference for a PCP designation- Experience using a human capital management system and / or working with a third-party payroll provider- A deep understanding of payroll legislation

**Responsibilities**:- Partner with our external expat tax advisors to ensure expats and government bodies in all impacted countries are paid on time and accurately- Process all international payroll using various third-party systems including master data entry- Provide customer service for all international employees, expatriate assignees, and internal stakeholders- Accountable for all year-end activities for the international and expatriate employees, including the tax equalization process end to end

Location and other Key Details:
- You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 - 6th Ave S.W.- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday- Depending on the nature of the role, we have implemented a Hybrid Work Model. To learn more, speak to your recruiter.
