**Position Overview**

Penfolds Roofing & Solar is looking for a passionate HR professional to join our team. Reporting to the President, this individual will be responsible for providing day-to-day and strategic HR support to our employees and contractors.

**What you bring with you**
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Fun, energetic, and professional (culture champion)
- Ability to handle highly confidential or sensitive information in a professional manner
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) considered an asset
- Diploma or Degree in related field considered an asset
- Working towards or currently holding CPHR Designation is considered an asset
