**Position Summary**

**What You Will Be Working On**
- Evaluate and identify opportunities to optimize the supply chain network, including manufacturing, distribution, inventory, customer service, and capital spend
- Maintain supply chain optimization models
- Extraction, consolidation, analysis and validation of data to support optimization activities
- Incorporate complex and ever-changing business attributes and constraints into optimization models
- Translate model results into executable sourcing, production, inventory, and capital decisions
- Leverage strong communication skills to source quality model inputs and output clear recommendations, decision points and plans
- Provide analytical support for Control Tower Operations, new product introduction and product changes as required in execution of business programs
- Support leadership in the delivery of cost, cash, and customer service metrics across the North American organization

**What You Need to be Successful**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution
- Academic or professional experience with optimization tools and techniques. Experience with Coupa Supply Chain Guru X and Data Guru preferred
- Experience in supply chain, mathematical modeling, analytics, or strategic network planning in a complex manufacturing and distribution environment
- Ability to analyze and organize large data sets, models, and results using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other related tools
- Passion for challenging the status quo and continuous improvement
- Ability to investigate complex issues and conduct root cause analysis
- Passion for creating innovative approaches to solve abstract business problems
- Ability to connect ‘real life’ business and supply chain implications to data and model results
- A self-motivated, analytical, and independent thinker
- Detail oriented with the ability to work with speed and accuracy
