Title of role: Fuel for Growth Manager - Contract Manufacturing

Background & Purpose of the Job

Supply Chain is a key catalyst at the center of putting Unilever’s purpose in motion. The team plays a vital role in getting our goods to customers and consumers; from sourcing raw materials to manufacturing and delivering the finished product. Our Nutrition Supply Chain includes over 600 employees working across 3 locations in the USA and Canada and more than 30 Collaborative Manufacturers. This role will serve as the lead for the Fuel for Growth agenda across all the Nutrition areas, including Product Logic, Complexity Reduction, Sourcing and Collaborative Manufacturers.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do
- Travel 50% to visit CMs in both CA and US.
- Work with NA Leadership teams to develop a governance model to ensure our Fuel for Growth program delivers every year the targets
- Facilitate the F4G meetings and the tracking of information from all the teams
- Facilitate and coordinate with F4G Marketing team to ensure precise delivery of initiatives
- Develop the strategy for Canada and partner with Canada leadership teams for alignment
- Develop the strategy, capability and onboarding on contract manufacturers for both Dressings and Savory
- Complete the technical validations and ensure validity and thoroughness of business case development
- Create and execute a roadmap to consistently analyze improvement opportunities
- Lead benchmarking, including overseas, to ensure the implementation of industry best practices across dressings and savory and drive project validations
- Support the execution of communication and engagement plans of the F4G projects
- Drive kaizens and improvements across all internal and external facilities
- Lead for the Fuel for Growth Program
- Implements appropriate reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track performance
- Serves as a resource and coach for questions and practices regarding F4G
- Coordinates with Engineering all the information required to implement projects

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical area
- Minimum 5 years of planning or supply chain experience
- Experience in managing strategy agendas across multi-workstream initiatives
- Understanding of the leadership requirements of complex initiatives
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience in working with external industry leaders and academia
- Experience in end-to-end Supply Chain ways or working
