Today we service a network of more than 20K independent, specialty and boutique retailers across North America, as well as fulfill orders for large National Accounts in Canada and the US.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

The **Sales Support Coordinator **will be responsible for providing strategic support to Management and a team of 120+ Sales Professionals across CANADA and the US. You will be responsible for generating daily sales reports, performing ad-hoc projects (which include but are not limited to booking corporate travel, coordinating our semi-annual National Sales Meeting, product launch, campaigns, announcements, etc.) as well as assisting with general administrative duties in support of Business Development & Sales.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Manage and communicate information pertaining to sales representatives’ activities (onboarding, performance, travel, termination, etc.).
- Booking appointments with customers over the phone as required.
- Administrative reporting using Advanced Excel skills.
- Review sales expense reports.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports for the sales force.
- Work with customers in the head office showroom.
- Assist with Gift Shows
- Assist with the National Sales Meetings (biannual).
- Assist with overflow work from the Sales Coordinator.
- Book travel arrangements for the sales force.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Acts as internal resource to the sales force (catalogs, sales materials).
- Provide assistance to the NSO department with order entry on an as needed basis.
- Participate in the execution of special projects and other duties as appropriate and as needed.
- Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 2 years in an Administrative Support role (preferably supporting Sales or performing some Business Development duties).
- Experience generating and/or analyzing sales reports; tracking relevant metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP and more)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point).
- Strong attention to detail; proven track record of thoroughness and accuracy to achieve desired results with little or no margin of error when accomplishing a task.
- Highly organized with the ability to effectively meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, and manage multiple projects in a fast pace environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written in the English language)
- Confident self-starter with initiative and the ability to solve problems creatively; providing win-win sustainable solutions.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
