**Sommaire du poste**

Le/la réceptionniste est responsable du fonctionnement harmonieux et discret des services de réception, tels que l'accueil des visiteurs/clients en personne ou au téléphone, et s'assure qu'ils sont servis de manière amicale, courtoise et opportune.

**Responsibilités**
- Gérer tous les appels entrants et veiller à ce qu'ils soient redirigés en conséquence
- Accueillir les visiteurs et les clients, en personne ou par téléphone, de manière professionnelle, amicale et hospitalière.
- Trier et distribuer le courrier, les courriels, les télécopies et les messages vocaux.
- Contrôler et distribuer les documents nécessaires aux clients, y compris les distributions hebdomadaires de bons.
- Assumer la responsabilité de fonctions et de projets administratifs supplémentaires, selon les besoins.

**Exigences**
- Au moins deux ans d’expériences dans un poste similaire
- Capacité à travailler avec les clients, les employés et les visiteurs de manière diplomatique et sensible
- Forte compréhension et respect de la confidentialité
- Solide compétences informatiques et expérience de Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook et Teams.
- Compétences supérieures en matière de communication et d'organisation
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe
- Être à l’aise dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles
- Parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français) et capable de rédiger et d'éditer des correspondances, de fournir, d'interpréter et de présenter des informations détaillées, et de faire face à des situations complexes en anglais et en français. Nous exigeons une communication en anglais car un grand nombre de nos clients et de membres de la communauté sont anglophones. D'autres langues, comme le russe et l'ukrainien, sont un atout.

**JOB SUMMARY**

The Receptionist is responsible for the smooth and discrete operation of the reception services, such as: greeting visitors/clients in person, or on the telephone, and making sure they are serviced in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Administer all incoming calls and ensure that calls are redirected accordingly
- Greet visitors and clients, either in person or by telephone, in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
- Monitor and distribute necessary documents to clients, including weekly voucher distributions
- Responsible for additional administrative functions and projects, as needed

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to work with clients, employees, and visitors diplomatically and sensitively.
- Strong understanding and adherence of confidentiality
- Strong computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluently bilingual (English and French) with the ability to compose and edit correspondences, provide, interpret and present detailed information, and deal with complex situations in both English and French. We require English communication as many of our clients and community members are English speaking. Additional languages, such as Russian and Ukrainian, an asset
