Position overview
The Account Admin will provide administrative and clerical support to the Marketing and Sales team by assisting on a variety of activities including qualifying customers, client administration, maintenance of sales system, and client service around products and pricing. This role must have a strong client service mindset with a focus on building customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
Client and Administrative Support - 90%
- Manage general mailbox requests and sales inquiry calls.
- Assess and distributes leads to sales team.
- Update client contact information in Marketing & Sales CRM.
- Generate reports from the CRM for use by Marketing and Sales team.
- Organize meetings on behalf of the Marketing and Sales team.
- Participate in CCDI Consulting internal meetings.
- Administrative support for internal meetings as required.
- Support Marketing and Sales process documentation.
- Maintain positive interactions with customers & prospective clients.
- Continuously develop understanding of company services to support lead qualification.
- Provide preliminary information to clients on services and pricing.
- Support client contract development.

Other duties - 10%
- Support sales and marketing teams with tasks as needed.
- Data entry and administrative support, as required.

Qualifications Required
- High school diploma
- Demonstrated Organizational skills
- Demonstrated Time management skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft office suite
- Post-secondary training in business or administration
