Responsibilities: - Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions - Maintain and update financial records and ledgers - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Prepare and process payroll, including tax filings and reporting - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Utilize accounting software (such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero) to record and track financial data - Support the month-end and year-end closing processes Experience: - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) - Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. **Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
