Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate showings arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of document management tools like DocuSign
- Knowledge of CRM, Brokerbay, MLS system, Webforms
- Familiarity with phone systems and clerical duties
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role
- **Real estate company front desk experience, or real estate team experience.**

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
