**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience as a dispatcher
- Flexible availability

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Dispatching experience in emergency services
- Emergency telecommunication education

**Day in the life**:
Reporting to the logistics manager, your responsibility will include management and accountability of the dispatching software system and end-to-end order process for cement orders.

As a dispatcher you will be a critical part of our daily operations. You will be the central point of contact for our clients, management and drivers. Your day-to-day tasks will start by receiving customer orders and you will be responsible for overseeing them till the end. This includes but is not limited to using dispatching software to schedule deliveries, ensuring drivers have all necessary resources and completing all required paperwork.

Timely communication and a sense of urgency are essential to your success in this position. You will be adapting to changing circumstances daily, thus flexibility is key.
