Condominium Site Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Condominium Site Administrator to join our team, to assist in the management of a condominium community in the GTA
Duties and responsibilities include assisting the Condominium Manager with the following:
- Day to day operations of the corporation
- Managing relationships with the Board of Directors, residents, service providers, employees
- Assist and record online all various service requests and concerns from our residents on a daily basis
- Update and maintain databases including resident lists, building data summary, contract summary, etc as required
- Assisting with the preparation of the monthly board meeting packages and attend meetings as may be required
- Ensure compliance with the Declaration, By-laws and Rules of the Corporation
- Assist with property inspections as required
- Ensuring emergency procedures are current and implemented
- Ensuring preventive and seasonal maintenance programs are current and implemented
- Skills and Experiences:
- **Must hold a Limited Licence through CMRAO**
- Must be a team-player
- Must have very strong customer service skills
- Must have initiative and be proactive
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have excellent time management skills
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
