**About Feet First Clinic**:
Feet First Clinic is located in the Bloor West Village, Toronto (a 2-minute walk from Jane Subway satiation). We offer chiropody services and currently have 5 licensed chiropodists on staff. Feet First Clinic is a family-friendly, foot clinic that provides treatments and assessments, specializing in treating conditions affecting the feet, toes, and ankles. We are a fast-paced, serviced-oriented/patient-focused one-stop shop for all foot care needs that prides itself on being both foot clinic and shoe store, buddled into one.

Our mission is to uphold the highest standards in foot care and ensure our patients achieve the best possible outcomes. Through our comprehensive services, we take a proactive and preventative approach to patient care that addresses foot health from all angles. To us, foot care is more than in-clinic treatment: it also involves raising awareness about foot problems and empowering people to be active participants in their care.

We are rapidly growing and looking for individuals that are dedicated, dynamic, can critically think, work well under pressure, hungry to learn and grow, self-motivated, passionate about what they do, and willing to roll up their sleeves.

**Position Summary**:
Feet First Clinic is looking for an Administrative Assistant (full-time and/or part-time) to join our dynamic team

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Duties include:
General customer service, communication, and organization

Patient management - check-in/out, receive payments,

Patient scheduling - promotion of services, booking, rescheduling, follow ups

Complete data entry in a timely and accurate manner

Clinic maintenance - maintain pristine clinic presentation, manage supplies, clean and tidy the clinic and treatment rooms

Various administrative tasks and errands

Input product and medical supplies inventory

Maintain visual merchandise and replenish demo shoes/ products when necessary. Ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and displayed

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**
- Positive attitude, pleasant and professional manner in person and over the phone
- Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team member to achieve desired results
- Ability to maintain client and center confidentiality
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations in a calm manner
- Proven proficiency in English grammar, with excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills. Communication skills in other languages are an asset

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
