**About the Position**

**Responsibilities**
- Initiating jobs in our cloud portal along with required follow ups and forwarding to an appropriate team member
- Receive and direct calls and prioritize based on urgency
- Receive and forward client inquiries including condo residents and property management
- Administrative tasks including managing on-call schedule, keys, and office supply inventory
- Provide feedback to team members to improve internal processes, update as necessary
- Some reception tasks and other duties as assigned
- Seek guidance from the team lead when required
- Additional admin support assigned as required in Accounting and or Inside sales.

**Your Qualifications, Experience, and Abilities**
- 2+ year in related reception or administrative customer facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing industry or exposure to a service industry is preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent organizational skills, verbal, and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, maintain composure as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Personal Attributes**
- Proven ability to be able to effectively pick up tasks or deal with situations that are new and novel
- Ability to understand where to focus energy when dealing with multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly
- Enthusiastic, strong work ethic, and positive attitude is a must.
- Communicative - possesses good written and verbal skills enabling them to communicate clearly with clients, technicians, vendors, and peers in the office
- Driven to seek continuous improvement and help build a culture of accountability
- Natural problem solver
