**You as a Director, Talent Acquisition will**:

- Create a strategic Talent Acquisition Plan that drives strategies for creative sourcing, headhunting and selection of top talent while supporting Diversity & Inclusion commitments and develop new sourcing areas domestically & internationally
- Improve organization attractiveness through strategic marketing planning around employment branding, digital & social media presence, and leveraging our unique selling propositions
- Maintain and develop new community and school partnerships, and stay current on industry news, trends and best practices as related to the Region’s talent needs
- Review and gather feedback and data to drive regular enhancements

**Is this the right role for you?**
- Mentor, coach and enhance the employee experience for the Talent Acquisition team
- College or University degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 5 years managerial experience
