Overview:
The Group and Suite Experiences Manager contributes to an exceptional client experience with an emphasis on selling and servicing group tickets and suite rentals for Budweiser Gardens in London. This position works with our Director of Partnerships and Premium Seating Manager to cultivate new and existing relationships with the London business community and promotes ticket packages for our family shows, concerts, and sporting events

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales, marketing and solicitation of new and ongoing Group ticket and suite rental business opportunities
- Promotes group experiences and suite rentals for select family shows, concerts, dinner packages and other event related expenses
- Assist in development and implementation of all aspects of sales plans focused on group experiences, including budget and goals, for family shows and select events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & tenant teams
- Assist with the development and implementation of revenue and expense budget for Group Experiences Department
- Track and manage weekly sales and activity reports
- Responsible for the continued development of Group Experiences and Suite rental programs, including creation of new revenue streams for department and venue
- Interview, select, mentor and evaluate Group Experiences interns each semester; partner with HR for postings and offers
- Active member of the onsite marketing team, aligning objectives and goals to those of the department and venue
- Building liaison between all suite rental clients and OVG Hospitality personnel.
- Facilitate distribution of event tickets, welcome packages and post-event surveys to all suite rental clients
- Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships and Premium Seating Manager in pursuing and booking suite rentals, processing payments, and providing information regarding upcoming rental opportunities to the rental contact list
- Manage Group Experiences and Suite Rental web pages on Budweiser Gardens website and specialized CRM (ex. Salesforce).
- Submits regular activity reports and performs related duties as required
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with both established clients and foster relationships with prospective and new clients
- Create and maintain the Suite Rental Handbook
- Exercise discretion and utilize independent decision-making during events that will best represent Budweiser Gardens and serve the client.
- Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal/external clients and Exemplify the _Great Experience_ philosophies

Qualifications:

- BS or BA degree (or equivalent experience) required with a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience. Strong management, motivational & organizational skills required.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented
- Exemplary customer service & communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to travel as required, provide own transportation
- Possess or the ability to acquire a valid driver’s license
- Proficient computer skills in Windows including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
