**Voyago is currently recruiting for a Para Transit Dispatcher in St. Thomas, Ontario**

**Your Role**
- You schedule new bookings and coordinate with drivers regarding changes
- You Utilize the radio to communicate effectively with all drivers on route drivers
- You ensure all drivers active on routes are on time to maintain customer satisfaction
- You manage and pull a variety of reports as per the managers directive
- You take responsibility for the Emergency Response Plan in the event of a serious collision
- You manage and assist with scheduling vehicle maintenance as required

**Requirements**:
**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**

**Your Profile**:

- You have dispatch experience within the transportation or service industry
- You are comfortable using the radio to listen and communicate effectively with all drivers.
- You have superior time management and communication skills
- You are highly organized and able to multitask
- You can take initiative to solve problems and search out the data needed to do so
- You are proficient in computer software with experience in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- You have excellent customer service experience
- You have a clean criminal record search
- You have sound geographic knowledge of surrounding area (St. Thomas)
- You are available to work full time hours (Shift schedule TBD)
