- **Job Description**_

As a cabinet sales & design associate, you will work with customers closely and guide them through projects. To be successful in this role, you need to be innovative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This role is all about helping customers design and find their dream cabinet
- **Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:_
- Assists and works together with Cabinet Sales & Design Specialist for the successful completion of customer orders and other projects as required
- Make calls to prospective new customers to generate leads and new business
- Meet monthly sales goals
- Present customers with information on cabinets and other available product and service offering
- Assist Cabinet Sales & Design Specialist in designing cabinetry layouts and prepare, with the supplier, pricing/quotations within pricing guidelines and policies
- Ensure the project is completed within timeline and to customer satisfaction
- Manage multiple projects through their entire life cycle (i.e. estimate request - design - delivery/installation - follow-up)
- Ensure the showroom is in clean and operational conditions
- Travel within Edmonton as necessary to help take down measurements for cabinet spaces for customers
- Coordinate and schedule installers for cabinet installation for customers
- **Qualifications**:_
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation for travel - reimbursements for gas allowance is provided
- Can lift 20 lbs
- Excellent sales skills and a commitment to provide outstanding customer service
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of multiple projects
- Be a reliable team player
- **Education & Experience**:_
- Can speak mandarin or cantonese
- Tech-savvy; knowing 2020 Design Live and CAD Auto is a bonus
- Some understanding of cabinets is preferred
