Kitchener, Canada Bridgit Full time

Bridgit is a community of hard-working people who want to make a difference in the construction industry. Some of us have been here since the early days, while some joined more recently. Our average tenure is 3+ years and every employee survey tells us that our team loves the people they work with at Bridgit. We are proud of our average tenure but we also know that there is no such thing as ‘one size fits all’ and sometimes individual and organizational goals simply don’t align.

We can talk about the perks and benefits that our team members are entitled to but those are icing on the cake. What you really get out of our environment is OPPORTUNITY - to build your career portfolio, to affect change (in your own team and in an industry as big as construction), to touch and solve problems you otherwise wouldn’t have known, to grow in ways you probably haven’t thought of. Here’s the fine print though - opportunities are only as big as the heart you put into it. That’s why we’re not for everyone.

In the last 3 years, our team members have been part of reaching the following milestones:
- A successful product pivot and building a market-winning position-
- Series B Financing-
- Top tier performance across all SaaS Metrics-
- Paving the path to profitability- The transition to remote-first working environment

Bridgit is like a big personality that walks into a room - you either love it or you hate it, but there’s no way you’ll ignore it. When loved, we’re loved fiercely. The ones who succeed here know how that feels.

**What you will do**:
We wear many hats on the customer team - we are advisors, coaches, and champions. As Implementation Specialist, you’ll be a critical contributor to our ARR growth, 50% of which is new business. You’ll work directly with new Bridgit Bench customers, managing and guiding them through the onboarding processes to ensure a successful implementation. To succeed in this role, you must be extraordinarily organized, enjoy digging into data and can juggle complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

**You can expect to**:
- Manage the implementation for new customers and ensure key onboarding milestones are achieved on time-
- Convert new customers into Bridgit Bench experts and champions by conducting personalized training sessions and providing ongoing support throughout the implementation process-
- Increase product adoption by providing the highest level of service and support to Bridgit’s top customers through diligent communication-
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions and continued success of customers-
- Develop new resources and automations to scale the customer base and build efficiencies in account creation and optimization-
- Support delivery of special projects and corporate objectives- Support recipe development, troubleshooting, and improving process efficiency with the Solutions team

**What you will bring**:
Current and future Bridgitrons embody these core values:
- Deliver results, fast. We are resourceful, adaptable and resilient. We hold ourselves accountable.-
- Fixate on the customer. We obsess over our customers, seeking to better understand them, their world, their needs and their behaviours.-
- Be open, be honest. We keep our minds open as we actively exchange feedback, drawing on our diverse perspectives.-
- Win or lose together. We don’t point fingers when we lose, and we celebrate together when we win.- Never stop learning. We continually set the bar higher.

Does that sound like you? Great Here’s what else you’ll need:
- Subject matter expertise. We’ll ramp you up on the construction industry knowledge but you come with a variety of developed technical and professional skills. You know what customer onboarding entails because you’ve done it before.Communication skills. You’re able to lead conversations and make the best conversations based on a good understanding of the customers’ challenges. You’re able to actively participate in insightful conversations, internally and externally.- Commitment to delivering the best customer experience. You’re a relationship builder and a people connector. You operate with a sense of urgency as you keep everyone around you calm and on track. You maintain composure and a positive attitude especially during times of change.

We believe that creativity, enthusiasm, and drive are the keys to success. We recognize that many of the skills we’ve developed over our careers are often transferable. If you’re not sure you meet every qualification but feel you have other experience relevant to the role, we encourage you to apply.

**What you will enjoy**:
- A collaborative, autonomous environment where you can make an impact quickly-
- A culture that encourages innovation and professional growth-
- Competitive salary and equity options- Perks and benefits including unlimited vacation, 4-hour Fridays and extended long weekends
