Summary

**Responsibilities include**: Generating growth in company’s sales by executing on the marketing plans using a variety of marketing techniques. Duties include:

- Managing a team of individuals who are in creative roles.
- Creation and review of original content in the form of blogs, press releases, articles, and advertorials
- Create and review website content for new product launches.
- Guide graphic designer on creation of digital and printed marketing collateral.
- Negotiate Ad space with publications and manage the advertising calendar.
- Create initiatives with Key Opinion Leaders in conjunction with Product Development team.
- Conceptualization and development of creative initiatives in line with growing the I-MED brand.
- Other tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
- 8+ years of direct work experience in a marketing role
- 3-5 years of experience managing a creative team
- Highly creative and self-motivated
- Superior people and communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, conflict resolution, service orientation, persuasion, delegation, coordination, oral and written communication.
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of brand building and brand management.
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to prepare marketing proposals with a blend of focused research, strategy, and creativity.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Proven collaborator who is both flexible and adaptable
- Superb writing, content development, and editing skills.
- Computer skills, including MS Office suite, Outlook, Adobe (experience using Pardot, Shopify & WordPress are considered assets)Market research experience is an asset.

En tant que gestionnaire du marketing, vous dirigerez une équipe de professionnels du marketing qui aident à exécuter la stratégie marketing en développant des actifs créatifs pour améliorer la notoriété de la marque de l’entreprise grâce à la création de contenu original, de campagnes par courrier électronique, de vidéos, de médias numériques et imprimés, de supports marketing et d’autres initiatives axées sur le client. Vous serez également responsable de la gestion des canaux d’une division spécifique de l’entreprise. Ce poste relève du Directeur du marketing.

Principales responsabilités

Générer une croissance des ventes de l’entreprise en exécutant les plans de marketing en utilisant une variété de techniques de marketing. Ses fonctions sont les suivantes:

- Gérer l’équipe créatif de marketing
- Création et révision de contenu original sous forme de blogs, communiqués de presse, articles et publireportages
- Créer et réviser le contenu du site Web pour les lancements de nouveaux produits.
- Guider le graphiste sur la création de supports marketing numériques et imprimés.
- Négocier l’espace publicitaire avec les publications et gérer le calendrier publicitaire.
- Créez des initiatives avec des leaders d’opinion clés en collaboration avec l’équipe de développement de produits.
- Conceptualisation et développement d’initiatives créatives en lien avec la croissance de la marque I-MED.
- Autres tâches au besoin.

Qualifications requises pour le poste
- Baccalauréat en marketing ou en administration des affaires.
- Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience en marketing
- Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion d’une équipe créatif.
- Personne possédant un esprit créatif et innovateur, apte à résoudre les problèmes et à porter une attention aux détails sans perdre de vue l’objectif principal.
- Une connaissance pratique de la construction et de la gestion de la marque.
- Compétence et expérience en gestion de projet
- Expérience en études de marché est un atout.
- Énergique, motivé et axé sur les résultats
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction, en développement de contenu et en édition.
- Connaissance des logiciels : Microsoft Office, Adobe
- Expérience avec Pardot, Shopify & WordPress = atout
