**Position Summary**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Appliquer des techniques de collecte et d’analyse des exigences commerciales pour développer des processus de qualité;
- Agir en tant que personne-ressource clé et fournir du soutien aux utilisateurs finaux SAP et aux équipes fonctionnelles;
- Fournir de la formation et un développement continu aux utilisateurs SAP de Vicwest, en plus de leur transmettre d’autres compétences techniques et de veiller au respect des processus;
- Faciliter la communication entre les groupes commerciaux et de technologie pour résoudre les problèmes sur un ou plusieurs sites et avec des équipes de projet externes;
- Diagnostiquer les problèmes de traitement du système ainsi que déterminer des mesures correctives et les mettre en oeuvre;
- Traduire les besoins de l’entreprise en processus commerciaux fonctionnels spécifiques, en exigences techniques et en paramètres de configuration du système;
- Développer des plans d’essai, tester des solutions et s’assurer de l’approbation des utilisateurs expérimentés avant que les modifications du système soient transférées à l’environnement de production;
- Adapter les processus actuels selon l’état souhaité et identifier les lacunes, telles que les fonctions du programme, les exigences de sortie et d’entrée, les stratégies de conversion de données et les techniques et les contrôles du système
- Documenter la conception détaillée et la configuration des processus commerciaux;
- Veiller au maintien de la documentation des processus (les politiques, les procédures, les relevés de transactions, les outils de travail, etc.);
- Assurer le respect des exigences et des normes du programme et des processus administratifs internes.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle progressif d’analyste SAP
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial dans un domaine connexe
- Solide expérience avec SAP ECC 6.0 ou avec une version plus récente (requise)
- Expérience en ABAP (un atout)
- Expérience de mise en oeuvre de cycles complets
- Compréhension des systèmes et des processus liés aux opérations commerciales dans la fabrication
- Expérience dans des processus commerciaux de fabrication ou de distribution
- Solides compétences en évaluation et en résolution de problèmes
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Capacité à identifier les tendances dans les informations
- Capacité démontrée à remettre en question les approches conventionnelles
