L' Analyste senior FP&A est chargé de garantir la fiabilité des informations financières afin de réaliser l'analyse financière de fin de mois, d'élaborer des prévisions et des plans financiers sur une base hebdomadaire, mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle. Ce poste intègre une combinaison d'analyse financière et stratégique et de réflexion créative en soutenant les principaux partenaires commerciaux afin de garantir la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux et des résultats financiers de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités confiées

Gérer et exécuter les aspects financiers de la planification stratégique, du budget annuel et du processus de prévision liés à un domaine d'activité spécifique. Établir et développer des partenariats avec tous les départements et les équipes interfonctionnelles afin de fournir une aide à la décision, une analyse commerciale et un excellent service à la clientèle. Être un partenaire commercial solide. Influencer les décisions de l'entreprise par des analyses percutantes sur l'identification des tendances et des opportunités d'amélioration. Diriger et piloter le S&OP mensuel. Analyse de fin de mois - commentaires et autres rapports, fournissant des informations à tous les niveaux du P&L, au niveau national ou de l'entrepôt. Analyser les résultats financiers et rencontrer les VP / responsables fonctionnels tous les mois pour examiner les résultats, expliquer les écarts significatifs par rapport au budget et à l'année précédente, et identifier les actions nécessaires pour ramener les résultats au niveau du budget, le cas échéant. Effectuer des analyses financières détaillées, développer des KPl à valeur ajoutée dans le tableau de bord et mener à bien divers projets selon les besoins. Fournir des analyses supplémentaires à la demande des responsables fonctionnels. Analyser la rentabilité des projets d'investissement et d'optimisation. Participer aux projets d'acquisition et de développement commercial et assurer le suivi de l'intégration, le cas échéant. Effectuer des analyses ad hoc pour évaluer différents scénarios d'investissement. Optimiser et documenter les processus et les procédures. Toutes les autres tâches connexes.

Facteurs de réussite

Expérience dans le domaine financier : Votre diplôme universitaire en finance ou en comptabilité et une expérience d'au moins cinq ans dans un poste d'analyste financier vous ont permis d'acquérir d'excellentes compétences et connaissances dans ce domaine. Vous êtes également titulaire d'un certificat délivré par une association professionnelle reconnue dans le domaine de la comptabilité ou de la finance (CPA - ou CFA). Compétences analytiques : Vous avez la capacité d'établir un diagnostic et d'identifier les causes et les conséquences probables d'une situation. Vous savez identifier les liens entre les différents éléments, ce qui vous amène à pouvoir faire des recommandations précises. Rigueur : Vous êtes professionnel et méticuleux et vous portez attention aux détails, assurant la qualité et l'exactitude des informations fournies à tout moment. Sens des affaires : vous pouvez comprendre rapidement l'essence d'une entreprise et saisir les opportunités qui se dégagent des rapports financiers. Votre sens des affaires vous permet de formuler des recommandations conformes aux objectifs et aux stratégies de l'entreprise. Compétences informatiques : Vous maîtrisez la suite Office et êtes un expert d'Excel ; la connaissance de SAP et de Power BI est un atout. Compétences linguistiques : Bilingue, vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
