Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Client Onboarding:

- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to the cloud bookkeeping system.
- Collect and organize necessary financial documents and information from clients.
- Set up client profiles within the cloud accounting platform, configuring settings based on individual client needs.
- Implement processess relatable to the client needs while creating a detailed document to support the bookkeeping process
- Training and Support:

- Provide training sessions to clients on how to navigate and utilize the features of the cloud bookkeeping system.
- Address client inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure clients are comfortable with the new platform.
- Data Migration:

- Coordinate the migration of financial data from clients' previous systems to the cloud platform.
- Verify the accuracy of transferred data and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
- Customization and Configuration:

- Customize the cloud bookkeeping system to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.
- Configure integrations with other relevant software and tools used by clients.
- Quality Assurance:

- Conduct thorough reviews of client accounts to ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Implement quality assurance processes to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
- Documentation:

- Maintain detailed documentation of client onboarding processes, configurations, and client-specific instructions.
- Create and update user manuals and guides for clients to reference.

Qualifications:

- 2 years of onboarding experience
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with popular cloud accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Education and Certifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Bookkeeper (CPB) or Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor are a plus.
