**Overview**

**Duties**
- Input data into databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure information integrity and quality.
- Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for data entry.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools to manage and analyze data.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clerical skills with a focus on office administration.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
