We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the industry. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be tasked with handling and organizing data, resolving customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and ensuring efficient processing of customer applications.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications.
• Maintain and manage confidential customer credit records.
• Review and correct data for any errors or incompatibilities.
• Ensure accurate data entry by following established procedures and techniques.
• Contribute to achieving team goals by ensuring data is entered, reviewed, and corrected as required.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all information.
• Verify the data entered by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data as needed.
• Handle customer and account data entry within established time frames.
• Compile and sort information to prepare data for computer entry.
• Accomplish related results as required to contribute to team effort.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
• Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional Customer Service
• Proven experience in Data Entry tasks
• Ability to effectively handle Email Correspondence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in Organizing Files in a systematic manner
• Ability to Perform Calculations with accuracy
• Experience in Scanning and managing documents
• Fast and accurate Typing skills
