**What you can expect to do here**:

- Coordinate the review process for documents, opportunity approvals and ongoing projects.
- Provide administrative support and coordination for key initiatives, process development, policies, and procedures.
- Manage team information, documentation, data and archiving system, and team SharePoint site.
- Participate in data analysis and standard setting.
- Help prepare presentations and help with reporting.
- Take minutes of meetings and distribute them accordingly.
- Organize social events, as needed.
- Support the team with other tasks as requested.

**What you’ll bring to WSP**:

- Three (3) years of experience in a similar position and/or in coordination in a large matrix company.
- Post-secondary degree in administration or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of SharePoint and ERP software is an asset.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Always perform precise, high-caliber work and demonstrate great attention to detail, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines effectively.
- Exercise judgment and discretion when processing confidential and sensitive data and situations.
- Demonstrate autonomy and be resourceful.
- Embody and endorse WSP's values and guiding principles.
- Good communication, both written and oral, is essential.
- Bilingual (French/English).
