Overview:
The President will be a member of the North American Sales Leadership Team and will set the vision and strategic direction to lead the Canadian division. This role will own the divisional P&L and will spearhead strategies that drive operational excellence, growth through innovation, and ensure client and customer satisfaction. The President will promote a high performing and diverse culture focused on action, accountability, innovation, and teamwork to build a great place to work.

- Drive strategic planning to achieve CROSSMARK profitability across every area of the business, champion efforts to improve profitability achieving the company’s short
- and long-term goals.
- Lead expansion of CROSSMARK service offerings identifying potential areas of growth and spearheading innovative solutions based on customer needs, industry and market trends.
- Develop and sustain profitable relationships with CROSSMARK clients to create maximum value using customized solutions and unparallel execution.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner, establish direct top to top client and customer relationships with a focus on growth and client satisfaction.
- Influence operational excellence on behalf of the customer across the Canadian division through ongoing engagement, collaboration, strengthening capabilities to maximize opportunities that drive customer growth.
- Lead negotiation and execution of all corporate client agreements and contracts aligning with business strategy.
- Collaborate across Sales Leadership team to evolve overall CROSSMARK business through innovation, best practices and problem solving.
- Lead and champion efforts to engage, motivate, reward, and develop teams to achieve higher levels of performance.
- Participate in industry committees and conferences to enhance CROSSMARK brand.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year university or equivalent work experience
- Experience: More than 20 years’ experience in progressive leadership roles within retail or consumer packaged goods industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and execute increased operational excellence
- Solid understanding of the retail and CPG industry, sales leadership and marketing
- Strong Sales and Financial acumen, including a sense of fiduciary responsibility
- Strategic, progressive thinker that is always looking for competitive insights to expand capabilities
- Experience at developing and managing strategy, structure, and a culture to meet and exceed organizational goals
- Able to leverage insights from multiple sources of data and analysis, understand potential impact to clients and make data-driven decisions
- Creative, innovative solution-selling and go-to-market approach that meets customers’ needs
- Leads with professional maturity across all situations
- Comfortable at managing and negotiating through influence
- Independent problem solver and decision maker
- Skilled communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Effective collaboration skills and inspirational people leader

Travel Requirements: Varies, 5-10%.
