Global Service Parts Coordinator

We are looking for a Service Parts Coordinator who will report to the Parts and XPS portfolio Manager, and who’ll be tasked to bring and develop the right offering to our customers. As part of your role, you’ll directly impact consumers and dealers by providing a portfolio that brings the highest value to them and to BRP.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Leverage your solid understanding of service parts market dynamics to identify and lead initiatives to bring and develop the optimal offering to our customers generating significant sales and ease of repair.

Ensure commercial relevance and value of our global service parts portfolio in collaboration with the Product Management, Engineering, Service and Go to market functions.

Continuously strive to improve your Key Performance Indicators; Growth and Profitability, while building a compelling value proposition both for the dealer network and for customers.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management or a relevant track record experience in Automotive, Heavy Equipment or Powersports functions related to engineering, parts or after-sales functions.

Business acumen in managing portfolios, entrepreneurship and capacity at building strong business cases.

Be an enthusiastic team player, passionate about vehicle repair and customer lifetime value.

Strong leadership and collaborative skills to work efficiently in a cross-functional environment.

**Bilingual**: English mandatory, French is a strong asset
