Medical Office Assistant

This is an in-person position within a high-paced primary health care clinic setting. We are looking for someone to join our team ASAP. The hours will vary Monday-Friday and mostly will include evenings and weekends.
The Client Intake Coordinator is often the first person someone talks to on their help-seeking journey. This role requires someone who has the following skills and qualifications:
- Professional customer service background within a medical setting. Your primary duties will be to attend to the phones and contact patients in a respectful and timely manner by phone and book appointments for the clinicians. Ability to communicate in an effective, polished, and timely manner is a must.
- Technical proficiency with excellent computer skills and basic knowledge of any EMR software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people.
We will provide training.
