**Reception - Client Care Team**

**(Part-time, fixed term contract)**

Compass is seeking applicants who enjoy a flexible workplace and a supportive enthusiastic team. This position is based at the agency’s Guelph location**.**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Demonstrate a high-quality customer service experience as the standard at Compass
- Promote a holistic, quality approach to client care consistent with Compass’ Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Plan
- Provide professional, efficient reception services that include a timely response to all inquiries from persons contacting Compass
- Maintain practices and protocols to foster a culture of service excellence at Compass
- Input attendance, billing and create required documentation as part of maintaining client files aligned with Compass Unit protocols and Compass policies for records management
- Provide support and assistance to Compass staff to support effective client and customer flow, administrative processes and protocols and support to ensure an optimal client/customer experience
- Provide support and assistance to Client Care Team and Leadership members to complete administrative projects as assigned
- Provide support to the Client Care Team Leadership members in support of the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organization to meet the high standards of customer service
- Respond to alarm system during critical events, notifying personnel, alarm company and emergency services, as directed

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 education, with a minimum of 1-year related experience in a similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to provide services in French and/or second language (in addition to English) is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work sensitively with people from many cultural backgrounds, levels of ability and income levels
- Time management and organizational strategies
- Interest in, and commitment to, ongoing development in client service approaches and other related areas
- Demonstrated experience with Jane client software an asset
- Must be available for flexible scheduling between the hours of 9 am to 9 pm on Monday through Thursday, 9 am - 1 pm on Friday
- Must be available to work a minimum two evenings per week
- Must be comfortable with requirement to work alone in a location

This position is part-time fixed term (14-28 hours/week) beginning as soon as possible and **ending June 30, 2024**. The starting wage for this position is $18.10/ hr. Wage is currently under review.
