**Production Lead - Equipment Division - Job Description**
- Follow strict company policies at all times for service, production, and safety procedures.
- Manage and organize daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production activities based on the production schedule.
- Fill in for operators during vacations; sick days; and during peak production times.
- Continuously supporting operators with technical support and open communication.
- Develop a preventative maintenance schedule and carry out those duties weekly / monthly and ensure operators are adhering to the daily maintenance procedures.
- Perform machine repair and troubleshooting from time-to-time on equipment
- Communicate issues with equipment suppliers; arrange repairs as necessary
- Assist Operations Manager with facility planning; shop layout; and expansion projects within the department
- Learn and work within the company’s ERP for production needs.
- Keep Employer's clients always satisfied with prompt and courteous service.
- Train and be held responsible for all personnel appointed under your supervision.
- Develop new and improve existing procedures.
- Able to travel nationally and internationally (to countries and regions that are safe and in good political relations with Canada), to agreeable locations and with agreeable timetables.
- Available on call at all times after normal business hours when required.
- Maintain an excellent and punctual attendance record at all times, weather permitting.
- Monitor quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all orders
- Perform activities of workers supervised, this a “hands-on position”

Other Information:
- Experience in CNC Machine Programming is an asset.
- Experience in Machine Building is an asset.
- Experience working with ERPs is an asset.
- Experience in Electrical Work is an asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
