**Company Description**

We Got This Canada is an incorporated, not-for-profit organization that aims to provide nutrition, assistance, and engagement to low-income families, individuals with disabilities, special needs, and seniors.

We Got This Canada is a non-profit organization looking for a program coordinator for the upcoming new programming for isolated seniors.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborates with the Executive Director in the ongoing development of WGTC strategies for organizational growth.
- Coordinate all logistics and scheduling for We Got This Canada’s events and activities planned for the month.
- Research, Identify and Liaison with potential clients, volunteers, stakeholders and guest speakers.
- Research and Prepare content for upcoming programming.
- Provides the first point of contact for information and assistance to clients.
- Ensure the correct setup of client registration tools and information systems, optimizing as necessary. Follow up on new client registrations, collect client information, determine program eligibility, Inform new clients of the guidelines of the program and follow up as necessary.
- Plan the upcoming events, oversee and coordinate on site inventory and delivery ensuring adequate inventory, timely delivery and service standards being met.
- Maintain the inventory and Order any deficit items for the upcoming programs.
- Is the primary recruiter for new volunteers.
- Call out/ arrange volunteers, guest speakers etc to ensure successful execution of programming.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content weekly.
- Identifying cross-promotion and engagement activities with other accounts, partners, and trends.
- Communicate with followers and partners and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Responsible for serving clients in a pleasant, efficient, courteous and professional manner.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- A combination of Post-secondary education and experience in a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to work with little supervision and take initiative
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated time-management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Demonstrated ability to handle occasional stressful situations
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Other related duties as assigned

**HOURS OF WORK**
- This is a part -time position / hybrid.
- 8 hours work shift
- once a week.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Must be physically fit and able to lift.
- Must have a valid Driver's license and have access to a vehicle

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
