**_ Role Summary:_**

**_ Key Job Responsibilities:_**
- Answering customer and technician's calls in a timely manner
- Basic system troubleshooting in order to resolve issues to customer satisfaction
- Create work orders (and request purchase order numbers) as required.
- Discuss/review billable charges to customers as applicable.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls.
- Organize annual inspections and meet monthly targets of completion
- Track the completion of service requests and ensure appropriate backlog management
- Use of customer portals as required to report activities
- Morning or afternoon staggered shift

Qualifications:_**
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office skillset required (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bilingually fluent in English and French (written and spoken) will be valued

- Previous experience in the fire and/or security industry, building technologies, or similar would be an asset
- Time Management and Organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure
- Adaptable to changing environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective at building relationships - with a demonstrated client service orientation
- Self-motivated with a genuinely positive outlook
