**Job Description**:
The AD Ops Specialist's role is to aid in the preparation and implementation of digital media campaigns, including project timelines, gathering of assets, traffic instructions and creation of ad serving tags. This position is essential in the day-to-day running of the Digital Ad Operations department and designated accounts. This position requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment.

**Digital Operations Management**:

- Support teams in preparing and delivering assets to media vendors.
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly.
- Coordinate and meet all deliverables accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with media vendors and media teams to resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Plan, organize, activate, and control daily processes.

**Client & Internal Relationships**:

- Support teams in preparing and delivering assets to media vendors listed above.
- Work with media, creative and analytics teams at the onset of a campaign to identify and implement all creative and technical requirements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors (such as rich media companies, media publishers, research firms, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 0 - 1 year industry experience
- Proficient in MS office suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate multi-tasking ability; keep multiple projects on-track.
- Detail Oriented
- Effective time management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Learn and become proficient in Third Party Ad Servers (Google Campaign Manager
- CM)
