**We are looking for a motivated Field Customer Service Manager to join our team**

**Summary**
- Leads a team of specialists to ensure that clients receive assistance in a timely manner with the technical aspects of KELK products. Ensures maximum customer satisfaction.The Field Customer Service Manager also manages the field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. Oversees the scheduling and training of field service specialists.**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities Include Three Parts to the Role:
- Customer Service Tasks
- Manage tasks, resources and priorities, to best meet the needs of our external and internal clients;
- Implements customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction;
- Improves customer service experience, creates engaged customers and facilitates organic growth;
- Field Service Tasks
- Manages the field service specialists who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair;
- Works directly with Sales to coordinate field service job schedules;
- Oversees the scheduling and training of field service specialists;
- Develops methods, guidelines, and procedures to facilitate efficient service delivery
- Administrative Tasks
- Hires, coaches, mentors, trains, manages, monitors, disciplines, promotes and rewards staff. Ensure that all KELK and VPG policies and procedures are followed within the department;
- Administers performance evaluations and provides regular feedback to staff;
- Monitors department utilization and resources allocation;

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of field service management
- Minimum of 3 years of project management
- Experience in control, automation, electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical products and systems in an industrial, automotive, or aerospace environment, preferred, but, other markets will be considered
- Management experience leading a team
