**Position Overview**:
ACCA is searching for a dynamic and creative Director of Communications and Marketing to lead our efforts in enhancing the organization's public image and brand. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise and excellent communication skills, geared towards elevating ACCA’s profile in the continuing care sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Communications & Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with ACCA's mission.
- Media & Public Relations: Manage ACCA's media relations, including press releases, interviews, and public statements. Enhance the organization’s presence on digital and social media platforms.
- Brand Management: Oversee the development and stewardship of ACCA's brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications channels.
- Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of ACCA's major events, including promotional activities, to raise the profile of the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with media, members, partners, and other key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in communications and marketing within the healthcare or non-profit sector.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in team management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
